If you are not in the Richmond, VA, area we will choose a specimen of your orchid that is budding and ready to bloom to avoid the risk of damage to blossoms.

The "Dancing Lady" orchid is native to Central and South America. This group includes intergeneric hybrids (crossed with Odontoglossum, Miltonia, etc.) such as Colmanara, Wilsonara, etc. This orchid produces a long showy spray of colorful flowers, which occur only on the newest growths. Oncidium-type flowers last 4-6 weeks.

General Orchid Information and Care

Growing instructions - Keep in bright room but no direct sunlight. Water thoroughly once or twice a week. Provide temperatures of 60-90 degrees F. Flowers should last for several months and the plant should rebloom annually if given the proper conditions.
